Invest-NL Invests €5 Million in Electric Aircraft Development for Regional Travel

On 5 November, Invest-NL announced a €5 million investment in VÆRIDION to develop its fully electric Microliner aircraft, designed to carry nine passengers over a target distance of 400 kilometres. The technology aims to support quieter, lower-emission regional air travel using existing airports. The investment creates opportunities for regional aviation operators, airport services and sustainable tourism providers.
